Reindeer Cookie Pops


Putting the finishing touches on these cookie pops! If you prefer cookies over cakes this recipe is for you! Super simple and oh so yummy! 


1 cup Cookies
1 cup Buttercream Frosting
2 cups Chocolate

Place cookies in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Transfer chopped cookies into a mixing bowl and add buttercream frosting. Hand mix until cookies and buttercream are fully mixed. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Melt chocolate in microwave (make sure you set it to 50%) start with 30 seconds remove and mix. Repeat until chocolate is fully melted. Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate and then place in the cookie ball. Freeze for 30 min. Next take melted chocolate (will need reheated) and fully dip the cooled chocolate balls, making sure to cover the chocolate dip around the lollipop stick. Shake off excess chocolate and place it on the parchment paper making sure to quickly decorate before the chocolate sets. Let stand for 30 minutes in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for a fast set.  Then enjoy!
